1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lumos platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lumos ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Services

Lumos provides blockchain analytics and intelligence tools for token markets, including but not limited to:

• Bundle detection and analysis
• Token holder analysis and tracking
• Risk scoring for tokens and projects
• Dashboard and data visualization tools
• API access for programmatic data retrieval
• Alert and notification services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance
• Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy

6. API Usage

If you use the Lumos API, the following additional terms apply:

• API usage is subject to the rate limits and quotas of your subscription plan
• API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your API keys
• We may throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or exceed plan limits
• API responses and data may not be cached beyond the timeframes specified in our documentation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, and analytics methodologies — are the exclusive property of Lumos or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Services without express written permission.

8. Data and Blockchain Information

Lumos processes and analyzes publicly available blockchain data. Regarding data accuracy and use:

• Analytics, risk scores, and insights are provided for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis
• Our Services do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice
• You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumos and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended period of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lumos is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
